技校的学生大多初中毕业,年龄小,学习成绩也不是很理想,自信心也比较薄弱,认为自己比别人差,甚至对自己能力有所怀疑,从此便有了自卑心理,对自己的未来更是感到茫然无措。大部分学生刚开学时来到一个新环境充满了新鲜感,上课还能听一听,时间一长就回到了以前的状态,上课睡觉、玩手机甚至翘课等现象,对学习没有积极性。怎样改变这一现象?文章将如何调动并激发技校学生学习积极性进行浅析。
