本研究采用玻璃结构的磁驱动内循环无梯度反应器,考察了反应温度为340℃~420℃,苯/乙烯为5~1的分子比范围内,AF—5分子筛催化剂在乙烯对苯的气相烷基化反应中的结焦规律。在试验范围内,得到了结焦速率式,结焦量与反应时间,结焦量与催化剂活性的关联式。研究结果表明,结焦反应可用平行连串反应历程来表示:苯→乙苯→二乙苯焦母体焦测定了反应温度、反应时间、乙烯分压,空速和催化剂颗粒度等参数对结焦的影响。本研究还推测了 AF—5分子筛催化剂的失活机理;0t_b,单分子焦层的活性位覆盖和多分子焦层引起孔道狭窄的联合效应。
