由于节约能源等原因,近年来国内外都很重视氮基气氛的研究和应用。虽然有些系列的氮基气氛完全代替吸热式气氛尚不能获得满意的结果,可是由于氮—甲醇系(Endomid)气氛,不需要发生器,气氛成份又与吸热式气氛相似,因此已作为载气成功的用于了生产实践。但因甲醇有毒、成本高等原因、使氮—甲醇气氛的推广受到了限制。笔者曾建议使用工业乙醇(酒精)代替甲醇制氮基气氛,本文就氮—乙醇—水氮基气氛的某些特性予以介绍。
Due to energy conservation and other reasons, in recent years, the research and application of nitrogen-based atmosphere are very much valued at home and abroad. Although some series of nitrogen-based atmospheres have completely failed to obtain satisfactory results, the endomid atmosphere does not require a generator and the atmosphere composition is similar to that of the endothermic atmosphere. Therefore, Gas is used successfully in production practices. However, due to the toxic and high cost of methanol, the promotion of nitrogen-methanol atmosphere is limited. The author has suggested using industrial ethanol (alcohol) to replace the nitrogen-based atmosphere of methanol. In this paper, some characteristics of the nitrogen-ethanol-water-nitrogen atmosphere are introduced.
