中国白酒行业1988年产量达到468.5万吨,第一次达到供需平衡;1992年白酒生产发展到547.4万吨的历史高峰、以后逐年下降,而且产大于销、供大于求、竞争激烈,包装大战、广告大战、促销大战、品牌大战、文化大战,可谓硝烟弥漫。中国白酒产业正处在一个前所未有的世纪性大调整阶段,经过全面调整将逐步向着健康、规范、有序、可持续性方向发展,而白酒行业的调整重点在两个领域里展开:其一,通过酒糟的综合利用,使白酒产业向多元化方向拓展;其二,加快观念转换,实现白酒产销重点由城市向农村的尽快转移。随着新世纪的到来,业内人士将会认真反思,重新认识白酒及白酒的营销趋势。

The adjustment of the liquor industry is focused on two areas: First, Through the comprehensive utilization of distiller’s grains, the liquor industry is expanding towards diversification. Second, it accelerates the conversion of ideas and realizes that the focus of liquor production and sales will be transferred from cities to rural areas as soon as possible. With the advent of the new century, people in the industry will seriously reflect and re-understand the marketing trends of liquor and liquor.
