利用两个冬小麦杂交组合的P_1、P_2、F_1、F_2、B_1和B_2六个基本世代进行冬小麦沉淀值基因效应分析.两组合的试验结果基本一致,狭义遗传力分别为0.6244和o.5739,达极显著和显著水平;沉淀值的遗传较复杂,不符合加性—显性模型;基因作用方式有加性、显性和双基因交互作用,三基因互作以及类似的复杂因素对世代平均数间的差异没有显著影响.加性效应、显性效应以及上位性效应对沉淀值的遗传都有重要作用;上位性属重叠型.
The genetic effects of precipitation on winter wheat were analyzed by using six basic generations P_1, P_2, F_1, F_2, B_1 and B_2 of two winter wheat combinations.The results of the two combinations were basically the same with the narrow heritability of 0.6244 and 0.5739 respectively Extremely significant and significant level; the inheritance of sedimentation value is more complex, does not meet the additive - dominance model; gene mode of action is additive, dominance and double gene interaction, three gene interactions and similar complex factors on the generation average There was no significant difference between the two groups.The additive effect, dominant effect and epistatic effect played an important role in the inheritance of sedimentation value.
