班级是学校实施教书育人的主要阵地,班级运作状态的优劣,直接影响到学生的身心健康发展,班级管理是教育工作中一个永恒的话题。教育工作者一直积极的探索班级经营的方法,利用契约进行班级管理符合新课程教育理念和高中生身心发展特征,适应现代化人才培养的需要,是一个值得深入研究的课题。
The class is the main position for teaching and educating people in the school. The good and bad of the class's operating status have a direct impact on the healthy development of the students. Class management is an eternal topic in education. Educators have been actively exploring the methods of class management. Using contractual management of classes in line with the concept of new curriculum education and the physical and mental development characteristics of high school students to meet the needs of modern personnel training is an issue worth further studying.
