校企合作是当前很多高职院校所采用的一种新型管理模式,这种管理模式不仅能够推动高职院校的教学工作,还可以对学生的综合能力进行培养。校企合作模式对高职院校传统教育模式进行革新的同时,也为高职院校的思想政治教学工作带了新的问题。本文将针对在校企合作模式下的高职院校思想政治教育进行了分析,并提出了完善意见。
The cooperation between schools and enterprises is a new management mode adopted by many higher vocational colleges at present. This mode of management can not only promote the teaching work in higher vocational colleges, but also train the comprehensive ability of students. While the mode of school-enterprise cooperation renovates the traditional mode of education in higher vocational colleges, it also brings new problems for the ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges. This article will analyze the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation and put forward some suggestions.
