就正常皮肤和毛细血管瘤区皮肤的光学特性进行比较研究,结果显示:正常人皮肤光反射曲线由两个部分组成,转折点约位于570nm处;而毛细血管瘤区皮肤光反射曲线是由三个部分组成,曲线在580nm处形成明显转折.提示用大于570nm波长的激光治疗皮肤毛细血管瘤,皮肤的损伤要比波长小于570nm时小,从而为选择能最少损伤上皮组织的有效治疗激光波长提供有价值的理论依据。
The optical properties of normal skin and capillary hemangiomas were compared. The results showed that normal skin light reflex curve consists of two parts, the turning point is about 570nm; while the capillary light reflex curve of the skin area is composed of three Part of the curve at 580nm formed a significant turning point. It is suggested that the treatment of cutaneous capillary hemangioma with a laser wavelength greater than 570nm is more effective than the wavelength less than 570nm, which provides a valuable theoretical basis for selecting the effective treatment laser wavelength which can damage the epithelial tissue at least.
