随着我国城市化建设进度的不断加快,建筑行业的施工能力得到了显著的提升,行业内部的竞争也进一步加剧。因此,工程施工企业为了抢占市场,就必须强化施工各个阶段的管理,提升成本预算和规划能力,通过现代化的控制手段来实现自身发展的可持续化。据此,本文以建筑工程施工阶段的成本管理为例分析了该阶段管理控制的意义,并针对该阶段的管理目标制定了相应的改进措施。
With the accelerating progress of urbanization in our country, the construction capability of the construction industry has been significantly improved, and the competition within the industry has been further intensified. Therefore, in order to seize the market, construction enterprises must strengthen the management of all stages of construction, enhance the cost budget and planning ability, and realize the sustainable development of themselves through the modern control measures. Based on this, this paper analyzes the significance of management and control in the construction stage of construction engineering as an example, and proposes corresponding improvement measures in accordance with the management objectives of this stage.
