在省调自动电压控制(AVC)主站中,将梯级电站集控中心作为一电厂侧AVC子站,后者根据前者的高压母线电压目标值自动调整各电站、各机组无功出力,前者则将各梯级电站分别作为优化协调单元。同时,提出了省调、地调、直控变电站以及电厂侧AVC系统的功能职责及其之间的相互协调方案以实现省地一体化AVC系统的闭环运行。利用所提出的计及梯级电站的省地一体化AVC系统实现方案离线对四川电网多种运行方式进行了仿真计算,结果表明,所提方案可降低网络损耗,具有工程适用性。
In the provincial automatic voltage control (AVC) master station, the cascade station centralized control center as a power plant side AVC sub-station, the latter according to the former high-voltage bus voltage target automatically adjust the power station, the unit reactive power output, the former The cascades of power plants as the optimization coordination unit. At the same time, this paper proposes the functions and responsibilities of provincial transfer, ground transfer, direct control substation and power plant side AVC system and their mutual coordination programs in order to realize closed-loop operation of provincial-level integrated AVC system. The simulation results of various operation modes of Sichuan Power Grid are calculated by using the proposed scheme of provincial-level integrated AVC system taking into account of cascaded hydropower stations. The results show that the proposed scheme can reduce network losses and has engineering applicability.
