循环流化床中存在分散固体颗粒的连续上升气相和相对紧密的颗粒团两部分.颗粒团聚物对气固两相流动、传热和反应等行为有重要影响.通过拟Boltzmann动力学理论研究循环流化床中聚团流动的颗粒数份额沿轴向床高的分布,分析和讨论了气体表观流速、固体循环率等对聚团流动的颗粒数份额沿轴向分布的影响.所得结果可为深入研究循环流化床内气固传热传质和反应模型提供理论基础.
In the circulating fluidized bed, there are two parts: a continuous ascending gas phase that disperses solid particles and a relatively dense particle group. Particle agglomerates have an important influence on gas-solid two-phase flow, heat transfer and reaction behavior. Based on the pseudo-Boltzmann kinetic theory, the distribution of the fraction of particles moving in the circulating fluidized bed along the axial bed height was studied.
