图1为一橡胶密封圈,材料为耐油橡胶。由于型腔的特殊性,增加了橡胶模具设计的难度。 按照常规橡胶模具设计法,将模芯设计为整体,压制完成退模时,制件将会破损,而且退模也非常困难。但是根据零件图中型腔尺寸差大、牙型高度差大的特点,假定按常规模具设计法将模芯加工成整体,则它与外模配合使用后即可压出合格的零件。这样设计的要点就集中在如何设计出合格的模芯上。分析整体模芯,它可以进一步分解成多件组合体,装胶压制时模芯组装成整体,退模时将模芯分件取出,然后取出零件。
