目的 :观察急性脑梗死患者肢体运动前后血压变化的幅度和持续时间。方法 :测量 86例急性脑梗死患者右侧肱动脉血压 ,肢体运动前测量 1次 ,运动后即 5、10、15min各测量 1次 ,并设正常对照组。结果 :肢体运动后与运动前比较 ,收缩压 :急性脑梗死伴高血压组即刻有非常显著增高 (P <0 0 1) ;急性脑梗死非高血压即刻有显著增高 (P <0 0 5 )。急性脑梗死伴高血压组收缩压增高幅度大于急性脑梗死非高血压组。舒张压 :急性脑梗死伴高血压组即刻有显著增高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :急性脑梗死患者在生命体征稳定后血压在3级以下可进行适度运动以早日康复
Objective: To observe the amplitude and duration of blood pressure changes in limbs before and after exercise in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods: The right brachial artery blood pressure was measured in 86 patients with acute cerebral infarction. The limbs were measured 1 time before exercise and each time was measured at 5, 10 and 15 minutes after exercise. The normal control group was also established. Results: Compared with pre-exercise, the systolic pressure of limbs was significantly increased immediately after acute cerebral infarction with hypertension (P <0.01); immediately after acute cerebral infarction non-hypertension was significantly increased (P <0.05) . Acute cerebral infarction with hypertension increased systolic blood pressure more than non-hypertensive patients with acute cerebral infarction. Diastolic pressure: acute cerebral infarction with hypertension immediately increased significantly (P <0 05). Conclusion: In patients with acute cerebral infarction, after the vital signs are stabilized, the blood pressure can be moderately moved below grade 3 for early recovery
