通过对具有 6个无毒基因不同表型的马铃薯晚疫病菌构建的 4个混合池进行cDNA AFLP分析 ,得到与 6个与无毒基因相关的差异表达片段 (TDFs) 85条 ,其中与无毒基因Avr1相关的为 2 0条 ,Avr2 2 8条 ,Avr3 Avr10 Avr1116条 ,Avr4 2 1条。差异表达片段大小主要分布在 10 0bp和 30 0bp之间 ,最小片段为 6 0bp ,最大片段 4 40bp。差异表达片段的获得将有利我们下一步克隆全长无毒基因和对晚疫病垂直抗性机制的研究
A total of 85 differential expression fragments (TDFs) related to 6 non-toxic genes were obtained by cDNA AFLP analysis of 4 hybrid pools constructed from P. infestans with 6 different non-toxic genes. Among them, Gene Avr1 related to 20, Avr2 28, Avr3 Avr10 Avr1116, Avr4 2 1. The size of the differentially expressed fragments was mainly distributed between 10 0 bp and 30 0 bp, with the smallest fragment of 60 bp and the largest fragment of 4 40 bp. Obtaining of differentially expressed fragments will benefit our next step in cloning the full-length avirulent gene and its mechanism of vertical resistance to late blight
