国网重庆市电力公司党委积极探索以“三无四当”主题实践活动为载体的党员责任区建设,构建起静态“立体辐射式”组织体系和动态“立体网格化”工作体系相结合的运行模式,取得了实实在在的成效。为适应党的十八大以来对基层党建工作提出的新任务新要求,推动“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化,2017年以来,国网重庆市电力公司积极探索以“三无四当”主题实践活动为载体的党员责任区建设,并引入OPDCA模型,构建静态“立体辐射式”组织体系和动态“立体网格化”工作体系相结合的管理模式,取得了实实在在的成效。
