科学的管理体制是实施科学管理的前提和保证。建国以来,我国成人教育管理体制经历了长达60余年的“一级统管”阶段。从20世纪90年代起,开始了“两级管理,分类负责”的改革。然而截至目前,我国成人教育管理体制改革仍滞后于时代发展的要求。我国应进一步深化成人教育管理体制改革。 Scientific management system is the premise and guarantee of implementing scientific management. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the adult education management system in our country has undergone a stage of “unified control” for more than 60 years. Since the 90s of the 20th century, the reform of “two-level management and classification responsibility” has begun. However, up to now, the reform of China’s adult education management system still lags behind the requirements of the development of the times. Our country should further deepen the reform of adult education management system.
