最近,水利部在武汉召开了全国各省区灌溉效益计算碰头会。在会上交流了经验,明确了一些具体问题,对加速完成建国40周年灌溉效益价值量计算起到了促进作用。现将有关问题介绍如下:
Recently, the Ministry of Water Resources held a summit meeting on the calculation of irrigation benefits in various provinces and autonomous regions in Wuhan. Exchanged experiences at the meeting, clarified some specific issues and played a catalytic role in accelerating the calculation of the value of irrigation benefits for the 40th anniversary of the founding of New China.
