目的综合病区皮肤专科治疗按各项工作及设备操作流程,实行整体护理一体化管理。方法病人入院当天由皮肤护理组中班护士负责专科病人治疗及管理程序(即中班护士为新入院病人的整体护士,管理病人所有的护理及专科治疗)。结果护士工作分工明确,医、护、患配合密切,病人专科治疗有效保障。结论实施综合病区专科治疗程序化及整体护理24小时责任制是一种高效安全的管理模式。
