目的研究糖尿病患者糖、蛋白质、脂肪等代谢的状况。方法随机采取了60~80岁62例糖尿病患者血液作为实验组,随机采取60~80岁75例非糖尿病患者血液作为对照组,测定血液生化指标。结果本次测定甘油三脂、胆固醇异常者分别占47%、44%,远高于对照组中的11%、21%;总蛋白异常者、A/G异常者分别占53%、66%,远比对照组的1%、45%高;碱性磷酸酶异常者为18%,远比对照组(0)高;试验组糖化血红蛋白异常者占100%。结论糖尿病患者可伴有脂质代谢的紊乱;糖尿病对肝脏、肾脏有明显的损害;仅靠测定血糖来观察血糖控制状态是不够的,糖尿病患者应定期测定糖化血红蛋白。
Objective To study the status of metabolism of sugar, protein and fat in diabetic patients. Methods Sixty-two patients with diabetes mellitus aged 60-80 years were randomly divided into experimental group and 75 non-diabetic patients aged 60-80 years were randomly selected as the control group. Blood biochemical parameters were measured. Results The total triglyceride and cholesterol abnormalities were 47% and 44% respectively, much higher than those in the control group (11% and 21%). The total protein abnormalities and A / G abnormalities accounted for 53% and 66%, respectively Which is far higher than that of the control group (1%, 45%). Alkaline phosphatase abnormalities are 18%, which is much higher than that of the control group (0). Abnormal glycated hemoglobin in the experimental group accounts for 100%. Conclusions Diabetes mellitus may be associated with dyslipidemia. Diabetes mellitus may cause obvious damage to the liver and kidneys. It is not enough to observe the blood glucose control status only by measuring the blood glucose level. Glycated hemoglobin should be measured regularly in diabetic patients.
