钢丝网钢筋混凝土构件是在普通的钢丝网混凝土柱的箍筋外侧绑扎钢丝网整体浇筑的新型构件。为研究其轴压性能,通过钢丝网层数、钢丝网材料、钢丝网的规格、混凝土强度制作24根混凝土柱进行轴压试验。研究结果表明:钢丝网钢筋混凝土圆柱的极限承载力和延性比普通的钢筋混凝土柱有了大幅度提高;钢丝网的直径越小、网格越密、钢丝网的配筋越分散,极限承载和延性有较明显增大;不锈钢钢丝网钢筋混凝土圆柱的轴压性能要优于镀锌钢丝网钢筋混凝土圆柱。本文给出了钢丝网钢筋混凝土柱的极限承载力计算公式。
Wire mesh Reinforced concrete member is a new type of steel pipe which is integrally cast on the outside of a stirrup of an ordinary steel mesh concrete column. In order to study its axial compression performance, axial compression tests were carried out on 24 concrete columns by the number of steel mesh layers, steel mesh material and steel mesh, and the concrete strength. The results show that the ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of reinforced concrete circular columns with steel mesh are much higher than that of ordinary reinforced concrete columns. The smaller the diameter of steel mesh is, the more dense the mesh is, the more distributed the reinforcing steel mesh is. The ductility has more obvious increase; the axial compressive performance of the stainless steel wire mesh reinforced concrete column is better than the galvanized steel mesh reinforced concrete column. This paper gives the formula of ultimate bearing capacity of steel mesh reinforced concrete columns.
