未来军事斗争对政工干部提出了更高的要求 ,这就是坚定的思想政治素质、扎实的科学文化素质、过硬的军事素质和良好的心理素质。尽管军队院校在政工人才的培养上做了大量卓有成效的工作 ,但从总体上看 ,离未来军事斗争的要求还有较大的差距。今后应采取相应的对策 :牢固树立新的教育观念 ,进一步加大教学改革力度 ,切实提高教员队伍的整体素质 ,积极建立合力育人的机制。
Future military struggles put forward higher requirements for political cadres. This is a firm ideological and political quality, a solid scientific and cultural quality, excellent military qualities and good psychological qualities. Although military academies and schools have done a great deal of fruitful work in cultivating politicians, there is still a large gap between the requirements of the future military struggle as a whole. In the future, corresponding countermeasures should be taken: to firmly establish a new concept of education, to further intensify the reform of teaching, to effectively improve the overall quality of the teaching staff, and to establish a mechanism that will work together to educate people.
