运用有限元软件Abaqus对Si Cp/Al复合材料进行三维热力耦合模拟,分析了各变形工艺参数对Si Cp/Al复合材料圆柱体镦粗过程的损伤场、应变场和温度场的影响规律,强调了鼓形区裂纹的出现。利用Origin软件对不同摩擦系数下坯料的等效应变值和载荷行程值进行数据处理,并观察其变化规律。结果表明:变形量对坯料的损伤场、应变场和温度场有显著影响,当变形量为20%和30%时,锻件鼓形区不出现裂纹,变形量增加到40%时,鼓形区出现裂纹,而摩擦系数对温度场和损伤场的影响较小,随着摩擦系数的增大,中心等效应变值和载荷值也增大。
The finite element software Abaqus was used to simulate the Si Cp / Al composites by three-dimensional thermal coupling. The influence of deformation parameters on the damage, strain and temperature fields during the upsetting process of Si Cp / Al composites cylinders was analyzed. The emergence of the drum zone cracks. Origin software was used to deal with the equivalent strain value and load stroke value of blanks under different friction coefficients, and the change rule was observed. The results show that the amount of deformation has a significant effect on the damage field, strain field and temperature field of blank. When the amount of deformation is 20% and 30%, no crack occurs in the drum area of forging. When the amount of deformation increases to 40% And the friction coefficient has little effect on the temperature field and the damage field. As the friction coefficient increases, the equivalent strain and load values at the center also increase.
