应用丝束电极技术(WBE)研究了海水液滴下碳钢表面的腐蚀行为。结果表明,随着腐蚀时间的延长液滴下阴阳极电流值逐渐下降,最终趋于稳定。比较了不同大小的海水液滴下碳钢表面的电流分布,发现液滴越小腐蚀越剧烈,且更易形成不对称的电化学区域。提出了液滴铺展因子的概念。研究发现,随着液滴铺展因子的增大平均电流密度呈指数增加,最大阳极电流密度和阳极电流密度标准偏差线性增加,腐蚀强度提高。
The corrosion behavior of carbon steel on the droplet of seawater was studied by the wire electrode technology (WBE). The results show that, with the extension of the etching time, the cathodic current values of the drop drops gradually and eventually become stable. The current distribution on the surface of carbon steel with different sizes of seawater droplets was compared. It was found that the smaller the droplet the more severe the corrosion, and the easier to form the asymmetric electrochemical region. The concept of drop spreading factor is proposed. The results show that with the increase of drop spreading factor, the average current density increases exponentially, the standard deviation of maximum anode current density and anode current density increases linearly, and the corrosion strength increases.
