目的:探讨益气软肝方联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性肝炎肝纤维化的临床效果。方法:选择2012年9月至2015年2月在我院内科治疗的慢性肝炎肝纤维化患者98例,采用随机抽签方法分为治疗组与对照组各49例,对照组给予恩替卡韦治疗,治疗组给予益气软肝方联合恩替卡韦治疗,都治疗3个月。对治疗后两组疗效、肝功能指标及肝纤维化指标进行检测与比较。结果:治疗后治疗组的总有效率为98.0%,对照组为85.7%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,治疗后两组肝功能指标均有所改善(P<0.05),治疗后两组肝功能指标对比差异不明显(P>0.05)。两组治疗后的血清HA、CⅣ、PCⅢ和LN值都明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),同时与对照组相比,治疗后治疗组的血清HA、CⅣ、PCⅢ和LN值明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:益气软肝方联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性肝炎肝纤维化能提高治疗疗效,改善肝功能指标及肝纤维化指标,其作用机制可能与降低肝纤维化因子的释放有关。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of Yiqi Ruangan Decoction combined with entecavir in treating chronic hepatitis with liver fibrosis. Methods: From September 2012 to February 2015 in our hospital, 98 patients with chronic hepatitis liver fibrosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 49 cases in each group, the control group was treated with entecavir, the treatment group Give Yiqi Rugan Fang combined entecavir treatment, are treated for 3 months. After treatment, the curative effect, liver function index and liver fibrosis index of two groups were tested and compared. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate was 98.0% in the treatment group and 85.7% in the control group. The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Compared with those before treatment, the indexes of liver function in both groups were improved after treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the indexes of liver function between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). The serum levels of HA, CⅣ, PCⅢ and LN in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the serum levels of HA, CⅣ, PCⅢ and LN in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Ruangan Decoction combined with entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis liver fibrosis can improve the curative effect, improve liver function indexes and liver fibrosis indexes. Its mechanism may be related to the reduction of hepatic fibrosis factor release.
