目的探究动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗妊娠期糖尿病的效果。方法 60例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组孕妇采用动态血糖监测联合胰岛素注射治疗,观察组孕妇采用动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗。对比分析两组孕妇的血糖水平、胰岛素水平、血糖达标时间、妊娠结局等指标值。结果治疗前两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹胰岛素水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周时,观察组孕妇的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、空腹胰岛素水平均低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇的血糖达标时间(3.21±0.34)d,短于对照组的(5.89±0.51)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇及新生儿并发症发生率(13.33%、6.67%)均低于对照组(36.67%、33.33%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态血糖监测与胰岛素泵联合用于妊娠期糖尿病的治疗中效果确切,促进孕妇血糖水平恢复正常,预防并发症的发生,改善母婴结局,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of dynamic glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods Sixty pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods, with 30 cases in each group. Pregnant women in the control group were treated with dynamic glucose monitoring combined with insulin injection. The pregnant women in the observation group were treated with dynamic glucose monitoring and insulin pump. Comparative analysis of two groups of pregnant women blood glucose levels, insulin levels, blood glucose compliance time, pregnancy outcome and other indicators. Results There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose, fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After 2 weeks of treatment, the fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, fasting insulin The levels were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The blood glucose level of pregnant women in the observation group was 3.21 ± 0.34 d, which was shorter than that of the control group (5.89 ± 0.51) d, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of maternal and neonatal complications in the observation group (13.33%, 6.67%) was lower than that in the control group (36.67%, 33.33%). The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The combination of dynamic blood glucose monitoring and insulin pump is effective in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus. It can promote the blood glucose level of pregnant women to return to normal, prevent the occurrence of complications and improve the outcome of maternal and infant. It is worth popularizing and applying.
