对雾化喷射成型的SiCP/2014颗粒增强金属基复合材料及其基体合金进行了力学性能及断口的分析研究.结果表明,峰时效时复合材料的室温拉伸强度高于基体合金,但塑性下降。导致塑性下降的原因,分析认为是与热压后微观区域内的SiCP分布不十分均匀有关.
The mechanical properties and fracture analysis of SiCP / 2014 particle reinforced metal matrix composites and its matrix alloy by atomized spray molding were studied. The results show that the composites have higher tensile strength at room temperature than the matrix alloy at peak aging but the plasticity decreases. The reason for the plasticity decline is analyzed as being not so uniform with the SiCP distribution in the microscopic region after hot pressing.
