系统基于稳定的3G通信技术,利用视频监控技术对超高压输电线路状态进行实时监测。监测主机利用OV511摄像头进行现场视频采集,同时以Zig Bee网络将杆塔接地电阻、微气象等信息汇总起来。以S3C6410作为监测主机的微处理器,移植Linux-2.6.38作为嵌入操作系统,开发出视频采集程序。视频数据由监测主机编码压缩之后和其他信息数据通过3G通道上传到超高压输电线路状态在线监测监视中心。同时可通过内部网登录各种内部管理系统和调度自动化系统。
