近年来随着我国改革开放不断深入和发展,人们的物质文化水平亦不断趋于满足和完善,各种丰富多彩的健身形式像雨后春笋般普遍开展。一方面,人们通过运动健身获得了健康,另一方面,也因运动不当出现了各种伤病,这是尤为值得人们深思和关注的问话题。在我们高职体育课中也因为对某些细节处理不好而出现了各种各样的意外伤害,如跑步中晕倒、昏迷甚至猝死,野外游泳溺死,踢足球腓骨骨折等等。如果我们事前加强防止,一定会减少甚至会杜绝这些情况的发生。
In recent years, with the continuous deepening and development of China’s reform and opening up, people’s material and cultural standards have also been constantly met and perfected. Various and varied forms of fitness have been commonly carried out after the mushrooms have sprung up. On the one hand, people get healthy through exercise and fitness, on the other hand, they also have various injuries due to improper exercise. This is a topic worthy of deep consideration and attention. In our physical education class, we also suffered a variety of accidental injuries due to poor handling of some of the details, such as fainting in running, unconsciousness and even sudden death, drowning in the open water, fracturing of the fibula in football and so on. If we strengthen prevention in advance, we will certainly reduce or even eliminate these situations.
