中史参主办全国历史教师的盛会“素养”之风已经刮起来,它涉及中小学各学段(其实不限于此)。虽然对素养的概念和内涵如何提炼、界定,显然争议颇多,至连可否称之为“核心素养”亦有质疑,然而,无论怎么说,良好的素养对教师胜任力却是极端重要的。素养与胜任力,实为两面一体,无论日常教学,还是高考教学,两者均不可或缺。可以这么说,胜任力是指素养的外显化能力亦即办法和技能等行动力,但更深层地看,成就这行动力质量之根本则在内在素养一指导行动的思想、信念和价值取向等内隐的驱力。素养和胜任力,一隐 The history of the nation’s history teachers held by the historiographers has been shattered by the winds of “literacy”, involving all primary and secondary school segments (but not limited to this).
