我曾听两位企业界人士谈起他们眼中不可思议的年轻下属。第一个故事中,老板十分赏识她的一位下属,不仅给了他很多机会,也不隐瞒自己有栽培他为公司重要人物的意图。然而,正当老板疲劳地半躺在沙发椅上思考提拔这位经理的决定时,年轻人却敲门进来提出辞职,理由是要出国深造。离职后,这位年轻的经理才说出他离职的真正原因是,无法忍受老板家长似的教育和保姆似的关照。
I have heard two business people talk about the incredible young people in their eyes. In the first story, the boss appreciates one of her subordinates, not only giving him many opportunities, but also not concealing his intentions of cultivating him as a significant person in the company. However, as the boss half-fatigued on the couch to think about promoting the manager’s decision, the young man knocked at the door to resign on the grounds that he was going abroad for further studies. After leaving the job, the young manager said that the real reason for his departure was the inability to tolerate parent-like education and nanny-like care.
