高速铁路的运营促进了区域之间的联系,列车开行频率对各区域可达性产生了显著影响。一定区域范围内的可达性经常被用于评价区域空间结构的优劣。文章将可达性的概念扩展为分时段可达性,以县级行政建制为基本单元节点,采用加权平均出行时间为指标描述各节点的分时段可达性,结合高速铁路及道路交通网络,定义不同交通方式的出行时间费用。以湖南省为例,通过Arc GIS计算得到省内122个节点在17个时段内的分时段可达性。根据各节点的分时段可达性值,得到湖南省122个节点的最佳出行时段Voronoi图以及最佳出行时段的空间划分,为区域空间结构评价提供了新的方法。
The operation of high-speed railways has promoted the connection between regions. The frequency of train operation has a significant impact on the accessibility of all regions. The reachability within a certain area is often used to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the regional spatial structure. The article extends the concept of reachability to time-division accessibility, and uses county-level administrative system as the basic unit node. The weighted average travel time is used as an index to describe the sub-time accessibility of each node. Combined with high-speed railway and road network, Define travel times for different modes of transportation. Taking Hunan Province as an example, the accessibility of 122 sub-sections in the province during 17 sub-periods is calculated by Arc GIS. According to the sub-interval reachability value of each node, the Voronoi diagram of 122 nodes in Hunan Province and the space division of the best travel period are obtained, which provides a new method for the evaluation of the spatial structure of the area.
