本文所讲的隔热膜主要用于建筑玻璃,可方便地贴于玻璃表面,起到隔热、透光、防爆节能的作用,而且成本低廉。克服了传统镀膜玻璃成本高,不防爆的缺点。 隔热膜生产装置是利用闲置镀膜设备改造而成的,主要改进了溅射靶,添加了能以恒定线速度镀膜的卷绕机构。 在实验中存在着真空、磁场、镀层厚度等问题需要解决。并且需要优化隔热膜工艺参数,为此,我们进行了一系列实验。
In this paper, the insulation film is mainly used for building glass, can be easily affixed to the glass surface, play a heat insulation, light transmission, explosion-proof energy-saving effect, and low cost. Overcome the traditional high cost of coated glass, not explosion-proof shortcomings. Insulating film production plant is the use of idle coating equipment transformation made of the main improvement of the sputtering target, adding a constant linear velocity coating of the winding mechanism. In the experiment, there are vacuum, magnetic field, coating thickness and other issues to be solved. And need to optimize the thermal film process parameters, for which we conducted a series of experiments.
