通过对X校国家级示范校建设过程的调查,探寻“职业教育研究力”培养的现实诉求。基于学校整体建设、师资水平提升及个人职业生涯发展的需要,针对我国中职教师职业教育研究概念不明晰、职业教育研究工作认可度不高、职业教育研究方法训练不受重视的现状,从职业教育研究责任感的提升、职业教育研究自觉能力的生成、职业教育研究方法的训练三个角度提出了提高中职教师“职业教育研究力”的策略。
