苏霍姆林斯基说:“在人的心灵深处,都有一种根深蒂固的需要,这就是希望感到自己是一个发现者、研究者、探索者。”教师抓住学生不同的“需要”去进行教学,就必须顺着学生生长、发展的趋势,以他们的动向开展我们就能获得事半功倍的效果。每个学生心理的个别差异既是教育的结果,也是教育的一种条件,教育应使每个学生都得到发展,这就要求我们因材施教。因材施教就是因人而异地进行教育和教学,在分析学生的差异的基础上,选择适宜的教育方法,提高学生的学习成绩,培养良好品质与个性。
