男婴,2个月,因反复抽搐2天,发热、昏迷1天而于1978年9月10日入院。患儿于入院前2天无原因突然抽搐,抽时双眼上翻,颈向后仰,四肢抽动,持续约10分钟。抽后精神略差,双眼发直,但吃奶尚好。抽搐时不发热、未吐。次日间断又有同样发作之抽搐2次。间歇期左上肢间断有小抽动。抽后精神差、不吃奶、有非喷射性呕吐1次。以后逐渐神志不清,偶有尖叫,面色发青。于入院前一天始发热38℃左右。入院当日曾到某县医院就诊,予以镇静止抽,作腰穿检查,颅压略高,脑脊液外观“黄色”,化验不详,遂转来我院。患儿为足月顺产第一胎,生后黄疸20天,以后消退。平
