教学经验是一把双刃剑,它可以帮助我们轻松解读文本,熟练驾驭教材,自如应付各类考试,但也会使我们囿于固定的套路、模式,让学生感觉疏远、隔阂。面对这样的情况,破解之道唯有改变。改变学生的课堂生存状态,改变教师的课堂行走方式,改变课堂教学的样态。教师要做到目中有人,让学生主动学习而非被动接受,积极思考、大胆生成而非机械模仿、反复训练。围绕三维目标,作出适合学生、顺应时势、适合自身特点的改变,定会让思想品德课堂更出彩。
