当今世界面临着两个最迫切的问题:一个是消除贫困,另一个是确保繁荣和福利的可持续性。本文就欧洲委员会、议会、理事会、欧洲经济和社会委员会以及地区委员会之间的交流进行梳理,对千年发展目标及里约20国集团会取得的成果进行总结,并给出2015年后可持续发展和消除贫困的总体框架。
Today’s world faces two of the most pressing issues: one is to eradicate poverty and the other is to ensure the sustainability of prosperity and well-being. This article reviews the exchange between the European Commission, the Parliament, the Council, the European Economic and Social Committee and the regional commissions, summarizes the Millennium Development Goals and the results achieved by the Rio Group of G20, and presents the results of sustainable development beyond 2015 The overall framework for development and poverty eradication.
