在日常生活和教学工作中,身为教书育人的教师总会遇到这样或那样的矛盾,比如家庭矛盾、同事之间的矛盾、工作中的冲突、师生间的矛盾、身心疾病等。上述这些因素将产生不良的心理刺激,从而造成内心不愉快,引起情绪反应。本文浅析了青年体育教师教学情绪调控及其心理品质培育。
In daily life and teaching work, teachers who teach and educate people always encounter such or such contradictions, such as family conflicts, conflicts among colleagues, conflicts in work, conflicts between teachers and students, and mental and physical diseases. These factors will produce adverse psychological stimuli, resulting in unpleasant heart, causing emotional reactions.
