为明确不同剂量棉隆对辣椒疫霉病的防效及对土壤微生物群落的影响,山东农业大学植物保护学院会同泰安市农科院研究人员,在温室大棚条件下采用密封熏蒸法测定了不同剂量(300、450、600和750kg/hm2)棉隆土壤熏蒸对土壤辣椒疫霉病菌的抑制率及田间防效,并采用Biolog法研究了其对土壤微生物功能多样性的影响。
In order to clarify the control effect of different doses of pollen on Phytophthora capsici and its impact on soil microbial community, Plant Protection College of Shandong Agricultural University, together with researchers from Tai’an Academy of Agricultural Sciences, used sealed fumigation method under different greenhouse conditions to determine the effects of different doses (300, 450, 600 and 750 kg / hm2) cotton soil fumigation on Phytophthora capsici in the soil inhibition rate and field control effect, and Biolog method to study the impact of soil microbial diversity.
