目的:观察睫状体及周边视网膜冷凝手术治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效方法:应用国产CO2ECS—20型冷冻器对48例晚期、伴有屈光间质混浊的新生血管性青光眼进行睫状体及周边视网膜冷凝。结果:术后随访3个月~5年眼压控制在正常范围40例(占83%)、2例眼球萎缩、6例眼压高于正常结论:睫状体及周边视网膜冷凝术是治疗晚期新生血管性青光眼的一种有效方法
To observe the curative effect of ciliary body and peripheral retinal condensation in the treatment of neovascular glaucoma.Methods: 48 cases of advanced neovascular glaucoma with refractive opacity were treated with domestic CO2ECS-20 freezer for ciliary body and Peripheral retinal condensation. Results: IOP was controlled in 40 cases (83%) in the normal range from 3 months to 5 years postoperatively, 2 cases of atrophy of the eyeball, and 6 cases of intraocular pressure were higher than normal.
