环日本海国际区域经济合作是区域性国际经济合作领域中一个十分重要的方面,它是在世界经济区域化、集团化趋势日益强烈的历史环境中所提出的一种构想。本文拟对这一崭新课题的一项主要内容——环日本海国际区域经济合作的客观必要性进行初步的探讨。环日本海经济合作的经济地理范畴包括:中国东北地区、苏联远东地区、日本、韩国及朝鲜。这一合作基本论点是:环日本海五国在资本、技术、人力资源、自然资源和市场等方面,利用各自的优势开展国际区域经济合作,以实现生产要素的合理流动和优化配置,促进合作各方乃至整个日本海经济的发展。
Central Japan Sea International Regional Economic Cooperation is a very important aspect in the field of regional international economic cooperation. It is an idea put forward in the historical environment in which regional economic globalization and collectivization are becoming increasingly strong. This article intends to conduct a preliminary discussion on the objective necessity of the international cooperation in the area of the Sea of Japan around the sea. The economic geography of the Japan-Japan economic cooperation includes the northeast of China, the Far East of the Soviet Union, Japan, South Korea and North Korea. The basic argument of this cooperation is that the five countries in the Japan-China Sea Area should take advantage of their respective advantages in carrying out international regional economic cooperation in terms of capital, technology, human resources, natural resources and markets so as to achieve the rational flow and optimization of the factors of production and promote cooperation All parties and even the entire Japanese Sea economic development.
