现阶段我国的教育改革正处在深化阶段,在这一过程中的高校体育改革也如火如荼的进行,高校体育教师是学生体育素质提升的指导老师,其自身的综合能力就对实际教学目标的实现有着重要作用。本文主要就高校体育教师的发展现状进行详细分析,并结合实际对高校体育教师的综合能力的完善策略加以探究,希望此次理论研究对实际操作起到一定指导作用。
