阿斯匹林可待因片（以下简称AC）片，是青海制药厂研制的新复方制剂。我科现已完成71例癌痛镇痛效果的Ⅱ期临床研究。AC片和阳性对照药氨酚待因片起效时间均在服药后半小时至1小时之间，有效维持时间超过6小时者分别为98％以上及95％左右。平行对照组中，AC片组41例，有效率为80．04％；氨酚待因片组15例，有效率均为92．25％。服用AC片后总观察696例次。其毒副反应依次为恶心、纳差、便秘、头晕及近酸等，胃肠道不适多于氨酚待因片组。
Aspirin codeine (hereinafter referred to as AC) film, is a new compound preparation developed by Qinghai Pharmaceutical Factory. Our department has now completed 71 cases of cancer pain analgesic effect of phase Ⅱ clinical study. AC film and positive control drug Paracetamol tablets due to the onset time are taking half an hour to 1 hour, the effective maintenance time of more than 6 hours were more than 98% and 95%. In the parallel control group, 41 cases of AC film group, the effective rate was 80.04%; 15 cases of paracetamol was caused by the film, the effective rate was 92.25%. After taking the total observation of 696 cases of AC films. The toxic side effects followed by nausea, anorexia, constipation, dizziness and acid, gastrointestinal discomfort more than paracetamol to be caused by the film group.
