所提出的PID控制参数优化方法有助于现场工程师的整定操作。控制系统限定为单输入单输出过程,但可具有延迟和无自平衡调整的性质。为了过程参数的估算,定义了特征面积。为了优化控制参数,以加权平方误差积分形式定义了一种新的性能指标。由最优整定值获得的闭路响应特性具有期望的衰减因子和稳定裕度。所提出的算法可在直接数字控制(DDC)系统上付诸实现。用此系统进行了现场实验,其结果使我们确信此法适用于实际过程。
The proposed PID control parameter optimization method contributes to the field engineer’s tuning operation. The control system is limited to a single-input single-output process, but may have the property of delay and no-self-balance adjustment. For the estimation of the process parameters, the characteristic area is defined. In order to optimize the control parameters, a new performance index is defined as weighted square error integral. The closed-circuit response characteristic obtained from the optimum setting has the desired attenuation factor and stability margin. The proposed algorithm can be implemented on direct digital control (DDC) systems. A field experiment was conducted with this system, the result of which convinced us that this law applies to the actual process.
