对2002—2011年山东省群体化学性食物中毒的发生时间、发生场所、致病因素、中毒食品、中毒病因进行Meta分析。结果表明2002—2011年山东省群体化学性食物中毒高发于春、夏两季,威海、潍坊、济宁、青岛、济南地区发生起数与人数居山东省前列,城市高于农村。植物性食品和食盐及其它添加剂是中毒的主要食物类型,酒店、餐馆及集体食堂是食物中毒的高发单位,引起食物中毒的主要原因是误食误服和食品加工处理不当。2002—2005年度发生率较高,2005—2011年度明显降低。
Meta-analysis was conducted on the occurrence time, place of occurrence, disease-causing factors, poisoned food and the cause of poisoning of the group of chemical food poisoning in Shandong Province during 2002-2011. The results showed that the population of chemical poisoning in Shandong Province in 2002-2011 occurred in spring and summer. The number of occurrence and population in Weihai, Weifang, Jining, Qingdao and Jinan ranked the forefront of Shandong Province, and the population in urban areas was higher than that in rural areas. Plant foods and salt and other additives are the main types of food poisoning. Hotels, restaurants and collective canteens are the high incidence of food poisoning. The main causes of food poisoning are mistaken eating and improper food processing. The high incidence in 2002-2005 markedly decreased in 2005-2011.
