本文对９９７例４０岁以上在职妇女进行更年期症状调查结果提示，更年期症状发生率为３０．２９％；其发生率高低与年龄，文化程度及职业等有关。加强更年期保健，及时纠正和改善更年期症状，是提高更年期妇女工作效率和生活质量的关键，同时也可为老年期妇女的生活能力和安度晚年奠定良好的基础。
In this paper, 997 cases of men over the age of 40 menopause symptoms survey results suggest that the incidence of menopausal symptoms was 30.29%; the incidence of high and low and age, education level and occupation related. Strengthening menopause health care and promptly correcting and improving symptoms of menopause are the keys to improving work efficiency and quality of life of menopausal women, and laying a good foundation for the living ability and retiring life of the elderly women.
