目的探讨对老年白内障患者术前进行综合因素评估的临床价值。方法回顾性分析在我院行白内障手术的122例(148只眼)老年白内障手术的相关临床资料。结果依据术前综合因素评估方和手术禁忌证对本组122例老年白内障患者进行术前综合因素评估,经评估具有眼部禁忌证8例,占总例数6.55%,经眼科B超及激光视网膜视力测定,认为手术后视力无法提高,未予施行白内障手术;具有全身方面禁忌证29例,占总例数23.77%,均转内科治疗。结论术前准确地评估老年白内障患者患者的手术禁忌证,及时发现无法耐受手术或手术后视力无法提高的老年白内障患者,这样既能够取得良好手术效果,又能避免不必要的手术,减少并发症,具有非常重要的意义,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of preoperative comprehensive evaluation of senile cataract patients.
