根据组织变革理论,回顾性总结分析2005~2016年间复旦大学附属肿瘤医院在组织流程、技术支撑和人才培养等3个组织变革维度的多学科综合诊疗体系构建经验和建设效果,并探索组织变革理论在多学科综合诊疗中的应用。案例研究发现多学科综合诊疗体系的建设和发展需要依靠完善的组织制度和工作流程,科研和信息化的技术支持,以及可持续的人才培养和绩效激励机制,这与组织变革理论相辅相成。组织变革理论可用于指导医院多学科综合诊疗建设。
According to the theory of organizational change, this paper retrospectively summarizes the experience and construction effect of multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system in three organizational change dimensions such as organization flow, technical support and personnel training from 2005 to 2016 at Fudan University Cancer Hospital, and explores the organizational change theory Application in multidisciplinary comprehensive diagnosis and treatment. The case study found that the construction and development of a multidisciplinary comprehensive medical treatment and treatment system need to rely on a sound organizational system and workflow, technical support for scientific research and informatization, and sustainable talent cultivation and performance incentive mechanisms, which are complemented by organizational change theories. Organizational change theory can be used to guide the construction of multidisciplinary medical clinics in hospitals.
