目的拟建立电感耦合等离子原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)同时测定工作场所中钾、钠含量的方法。方法采用ICP-AES同时测定工作场所空气中钾、钠的含量并与火焰原子吸收光谱法进行比较。结果该方法的线性范围为:钾0.5~5 mg/L,钠0.5~5mg/L,线性方程:钾Y=231 700X-8 459.8,r=0.999 7;钠Y=371 600X-11 262.4,r=0.999 6。检出限:钾0.024 mg/L,钠0.048mg/L。精密度实验相对标准偏差钾为2.9%~3.8%,钠为4.2%~5.7%。加标回收率范围钾为98.7~103.3%,钠为96.7~101.6%。结论该方法准确可靠,与火焰原子吸收光谱法相比较,测定结果差异无统计学意义。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of potassium and sodium in the workplace by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Methods The contents of potassium and sodium in the air of the workplace were simultaneously determined by ICP-AES and compared with flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The linear range of this method was: potassium 0.5-5 mg / L, sodium 0.5-5 mg / L, linear equation: potassium Y = 231 700X-8 459.8, r = 0.999 7; sodium Y = 371 600X-11 262.4, r = 0.999 6. Limit of detection: potassium 0.024 mg / L, sodium 0.048mg / L. The relative standard deviations of precision experiments were 2.9% ~ 3.8% potassium and 4.2% ~ 5.7% sodium. Spiked recoveries ranged from 98.7% to 103.3% potassium and from 96.7% to 101.6% sodium. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable. Compared with flame atomic absorption spectrometry, there is no significant difference between the two methods.
