上个世纪末的1991年,迈克尔·霍夫(Michael Erlhoff)博士第一次将“服务设计”作为一个设计行业内的专业学科确定下来并在今天的德国科隆国际设计学院进行教学和推广。至今,服务设计在推动世界经济、文化和公共事业以及健康行业方面已经蓬勃发展了20年的时间。虽然服务设计的本源来自于传统设计领域,然而,在今天错综复杂的全球环境下,服务设计已经以其崭新的专业形象并且融入全新多元的商务、心理、教育以及创意等元素,为当代设计的创新和经济形态的多栖发展铺垫了道路。中国的服务设计正在以积极的姿态响应世界新兴服务设计高水准的挑战,同时在崛起中产生出创新和发展的各种机遇。
At the end of the last century, in 1991, Dr. Michael Erlhoff first identified “Service Design ” as a subject within the design industry and taught and promoted at today’s Cologne International Design Institute in Cologne, Germany. To date, service design has thrived for 20 years in promoting the world’s economy, culture and public utilities as well as the health industry. Although the origin of service design comes from the traditional design field, in today’s intricate global environment, service design has been innovative for contemporary design with its new professional image and new and diversified business, psychological, educational and creative elements And economic development of multi-habitat paved the way. China’s service design is responding positively to the challenge of a world-class service design at a high level while creating a variety of opportunities for innovation and growth in the rise.
